Bedford Park Listed Building

This Grade II Listed house is part of terrace of houses where the front of the ground floor is elevated above street level whilst the back is 4 steps lower and at garden level.  The house has a relatively small ground floor plan and the design aim was to open up the rear of the ground floor onto the garden and link the kitchen more effectively to the main reception rooms to increase the feeling of space.  The whole house was refurbished with small alterations to the upper floors allowing the spaces to be used more effectively.
